This Fall OvenBird will be serving:
Gulf Fish with Braised White Beans, and Coal Burnt Pimento Oil.
Grilled Octopus dish (with Potato Causa & Kalamata Olive Aioli) that is tender and succulent, with a crispy outside and a slightly smoky flavor.
Trés Leches Cake (made-from-scratch) that boasts a sweet and tender vanilla crumb, and is topped with fluffy Chantilly Cream and Cinnamon.
