Founded in 2008 by award-winning Chef James Lewis, Bettola honors the Italian farm-to-table tradition, highlighting locally sourced ingredients that celebrate the season and are inspired by the regional cuisine of Campania, Italy and its fresh, vibrant flavors. Our signature Neapolitan pizzas feature naturally fermented dough made daily with Caputo flour imported from Italy and are hand-tossed and wood-fired in an authentic brick oven from Naples. We also offer house-made pastas, wood-fired roasts, craft cocktails, and wines, all served by our gracious staff in a warm, modern setting.
